What is Coaching? Coaching comes in many forms, and the services on this website focus on life coaching. This approach means working together to address specific problems or goals and finding practical solutions and pathways to success. Coaching can sometimes be challenging, but it generally leaves you with a positive feeling and a sense of progress. It’s important to note that coaching is not psychotherapy, which is designed to treat mental health disorders. However, coaching can be valuable in managing stress, building resilience, and helping prevent the onset of mental health issues.
How long is the whole coaching process? The length of the coaching process is entirely individual. For some, coaching may focus on resolving a single issue in just a few sessions. However, for others, it may involve a deeper exploration of beliefs and perceptions to build lasting self-reliance. There is no set timeframe, but a typical coaching journey usually lasts between 4 and 12 sessions. You can also book one of my programs, that are set up for a specific time frame.
What if can't make it to a session? Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes urgent matters arise. However, it’s important to treat your coaching journey as a priority and commit fully to the process. If you’re unable to attend a session, please inform me as early as possible, and we’ll work together to find a new time that suits you.
I would prefer a meeting in person. Is that possible? Absolutely. If you live nearby, we can arrange an in-person meeting, either at a convenient location or even while going for a walk, if that suits your style. I’m open to exploring different approaches based on what works best for you.
What if I find that coaching is not for me? While most people benefit from coaching, it’s perfectly okay if you decide it’s not the right fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue. If this is the case, I encourage you to bring it up in our session, so we can discuss alternative approaches that might suit you better. If you haven’t started coaching yet and feel uncertain, we can always begin with an introductory session to explore it together.
What if I have further questions? If you have additional questions, feel free to send me an email or bring them up during one of our sessions. Please note that, depending on the nature of your question, it may be easier to discuss certain topics more thoroughly in a session.
